In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience:
Ability to lead 3 or more custodial workers to accomplish housekeeping assignments. Must have organizational skills great communication and interpersonal abilities along with time management and basic computer competences. Require some functional experience in housekeeping or janitorial service and demonstrated knowledge of facility/equipment in housekeeping. Ability to plan, coordinate, and time sequence steps needed to meet time constraints of work assignments. Experience and knowledge can be gained either in a military lodging program or commercial hotel/motel. Ability to follow oral or written instructions and speak English. Physically able to frequently lift and empty wastebaskets; frequently push carts, weighing more than 100 pounds, loaded with dirty laundry or wastepaper; and occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.
