Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes. You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment. You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases. Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing pre-award technical reviews of contract documents for Bid ability, Constructability, Operability and Environmental compliance on Design-Bid-Build and Design Build projects of varying difficulty and complexity; 2) Performing Field Quality Assurance duties on construction contracts; 3) Providing contract oversight on contractor Safety and Quality Control programs; 4) Fully functioning as an experienced and independent Quality Assurance (QA) Representative in the field of construction in the areas of Structural, Civil, Mechanical and electrical building systems (NOTE: Your answer must be supported by information in your resume).
