Practice includes support from an FNP-C and a state-of-the-art facility with two new endoscopy suites. - Full time - Permanent opening - Guaranteed salary is competitive and negotiable starting at mean of MGMA; plus a bonus of 100% of the practice profits - Schedule is a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and endoscopy procedures; M-F, 8 AM 5PM - Call 7 days/month shared with general surgeons and one gastroenterologist; extra pay for extra call - Opportunity to precept medical students and residents Facility details: Gastroenterology group is located within walking distance of the hospital campus; physicians lounge with meals provided; and a 24-hour gym - Student loan repayment assistance if needed - Early commitment welcome! **A monthly stipend will be paid to help with expenses through residency** - Employed - Hospital owned physician practice - **Salary based on MGMA (between mean and 75th percentile)** - At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as he would if he owned the practice. - No fee is charged for running the practice - Full benefits including paid malpractice, family health insurance, relocation, CME allowance.
