About the role

Our client is seeking a Business-minded, Analytical individual to support our SEO Analytics team. This exciting opportunity will focus on delivering key reporting, analysis, and insights that will help us drive organic traffic growth. You will collaborate with product and organic growth teams to define tests, analyze trends, and communicate insights. Successful candidates will blend strategic thinking with technical proficiency to identify trends & key drivers that lead to improvements, experimentation readouts, and support overall SEO health. 

Where you can make an impact: 

• Be part of a highly-visible team to tackle strategic initiatives for Organic Growth 
• Lead discussions with product managers (organic growth manager) to understand requirements 
•  Deliver business insights and explain day-to-day performance trends with a deep understanding of business drivers and macro trends 
• Conduct hands-on, deep dive analyses using a variety of tools– SQL/Looker, slides, Mode, spreadsheets, etc. 
• Develop and maintain deep dive tools that will quickly identify and predict performance patterns

• A sharp analytical problem-solver with detail-oriented focus on accuracy

Your experience: 

• 3+years of experience in a similar or relevant role– Analytics 
• 1+years of hands-on experience in A/B test measurement and readouts 
•  Demonstrated ability to communicate sophisticated analysis in a precise and meaningful manner with both technical, and non-technical customers 
• Strong SQL skills required; Looker experience desirable 
• Outstanding G-suite skills 
• Academic background in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, engineering, statistics, economics, business)

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a similar or relevant role - Analytics
1+ years of hands-on experience in A/B test measurement and readouts
Demonstrated ability to communicate sophisticated analysis in a precise and meaningful manner with both technical and non-technical customers
Strong SQL skills required; Looker experience desirable
Outstanding G-Suite skills
Academic background in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, engineering, statistics, economics, business) 

Critical Technology Proficiency

SQL, G Suite (Excel), Looker, Mode, A / B testing experience is a MUST have
