Summary
This position is located at MWR Automation.
Incentives and Bonuses
Incentives will not be paid.
Duties
Performs duties in the delivery of Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Management Information Systems (MIS) at a major command level.
Responsible for integrating automated applications into all aspects of MWR operations, which may include Recreation, Business, Army Community Services, Support Services and Child, Youth and School Services.
Works closely with program managers to assist in developing and implementing procedures and actions to support automated programs.
Monitor applicable databases to ensure users are conducting business in compliance with standards.
Applies advanced information technology (IT) principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices to plan and carry out difficult and complex assignments and develop new methods, approaches, and procedures.

A one-year probationary period may be required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid USAREUR driver's license.
Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the Army's MWR mission, business, and accounting processes and be able to plan, organize, and direct work/project activities.
Must possess excellent oral communication skills and have the ability to write concisely and accurately and prepare written briefings on assigned projects.
Work experience must include technical knowledge of automated applications, security requirements, and the ability to prepare written briefings and conduct oral presentations.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and direct work/project activities.
Preferred are candidates who have a wide range of management experience in more than one MWR functional area (i.e., recreation, business programs, contracting, procurement, accounting, financial management, automation, etc) with a primary focus in Marketing and working knowledge of a minimum of digital signage networks, digital signage content management systems, content management, digital menu boards, and motion graphic design creation.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
One (1) year experience with RecTrac and/or CYMS database management system(accounts, Point of Sale, transcode, inventory management).
Three (3) years experience working in Family and MWR.
Knowledge of CaterEase and FoodTrac applications.

Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
Allowances and Differentials
This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
Foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), incentives and differentials will not be paid, with the exception of post allowance, contingent upon eligibility. LQA is NOT authorized.
