Description Specialization:Internal MedicineJob Summary:Seeking Academic Hospitalist for an Associate Program Director role at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital​ to help lead our new IM residency program!Responsibilities:Candidates are expected to participate in developing our curriculum and maintaining our didactics; serve as a role model and mentor to our Internal medicine residents; assist with administrative duties, including resident recruitment, clinical competency committee, and program evaluation committee; and take initiatives in quality improvement projects and other research and scholarly activities. Teaching and administrative experience is highly desired.
