About The Role

We are looking to hire our first Customer Success Manager who can help enhance the client community experience across Electives partners. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the day-to-day contact for our clients and establish processes internally and externally that lead to genuine relationships and more successful implementation and user experiences.

You're a systems builder and you bring structures to your teams. You proactively anticipate the needs and pain-points of your clients, and don't shy away from difficult conversations. You have a continuous-growth mindset both for yourself, and for the experience of your clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Listen to client priorities and ensure that they are communicated to the Learning Experience team. 
  • Oversee all class logistics to ensure a smooth user experience: calendar invites, event links, facilitation of classes, invoicing, surveying, follow up, and more. 
  • Ensure that the Teacher to Client connection and communication is flawless. 
  • Problem solve and design new solutions to improve the client experience; communicate and propose improvements to our Engineering and Product team.
  • Support curriculum development with our VP of Learning Experiences
  • Create client facing reports leveraging our real time data analytics 
  • Design marketing materials and other supporting services to help clients roll out Electives to their employees

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience working in a client success or client facing capacity  (Bonus: if you have worked with HR/People/L&D/DE&I leaders within organizations)
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments.
  • Startup experience preferred
