Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a licensed NP or PA
to work in our MedStat urgent care clinics. You will provide urgent and non-urgent healthcare
and occupational health services to patients of all ages. Experienced providers or new grads with
strong critical care/ED experience will be considered. Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, located 40 miles

of Practice Busy walk-in clinics Evaluate and treat wide variety of acute and chronic
conditions as well as workers comp injuries within scope of practice, including
medication management 8 and 12 hour shifts available Clinics open 7 days/week Strong
