Maintenance Worker

Summary This position is located in the Maintenance Department of the Amarillo VA Health Care System under the supervision of the Maintenance and Operations Supervisor and assists in the maintenance and repair of various components throughout the facility. Primarily responsible for performing repairs and PM's to the HVAC/R systems. Typical work assignments include changing filters on air handler units, performing PM procedures, cleaning ice machines and refrigerators and freezer components. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities.
