Qualifications Completion of an accredited program in graphic design, art or related field which involves artistic creativity or work experience performing the duties described above. Best Qualified: Possess an associate's degree in graphic design or a certificate/certification from an accredited program in graphic design. Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator an also some photoshop. Highly preferred: Possess a bachelor's degree in graphic design. One or more years of experience in graphic design in an MWR, freelance, agency, University or corporate setting. Education This job does not have an education qualification requirement. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives Will be paid. incentive or bonus in the amount of $4,000 will be paid in two (2) annual installments of $2,000 each year for two (2) years and less that one (1) percent annually of the anticipated salary of $45,000. is authorized.
