We are seeking a collaborative, engaged, & committed physician who has a proven ability to engage with their colleagues & patients, and who shares our dedication to exceptional care & outcomes.

The Opportunity:

• Outpatient only practice with hours ranging from Monday-Friday, 7 am - 5 pm
• Schedule options ranging from 4, 4 1/2, or 5 days/week
• Option of choosing 1.0, .9, or .8 fte, all full time status
• On-call is phone call only, ~2-3 weekends/year & 6-7 weeknights/year
• 28 -36 pt. contact hours depending on fte & appointment template chosen
• 2-year salary guarantee with generous sign-on bonus
