Conditions of Employment

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with Army Regulation 215-3.
- This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
- Must be willing to accept intermittent, on-call employment.
- Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities.
- Work schedule will be irregular. The incumbent will be required to work, nights, weekends, holidays and/or special events.

- Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.

- The AREA OF CONSIDERATION for this vacancy announcement is U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation and reside within the Local Commuting Area (defined as 50-mile radius) of Devens, MA.
Spouse Employment Preference (SEP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) are included in this area of consideration.

- Night differential and Sunday Premium Pay have NOT been authorized by the Garrison Commander for Non-Bargaining NF positions and will not be paid to any Non-Bargaining NF employees.
- Incentives will NOT be paid.
- A nonforeign area allowance or differential is not granted to employees in payband levels NF-1 and NF-2 since their rates already are based on the prevailing rate.
