• M.D., M.D/Ph.D., D.O., or equivalent degree
• BC/BE in Otolaryngology and fellowship trained to provide clinical and hospital-based Pediatric Otolaryngological care
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
• Ability to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
