The Access Management Specialist will sit within the team that defines policy and delivers capabilities to empower the bank to better control access to its data, systems, and infrastructure. The project consists of hardening access controls to our production environment and may require updates to existing configurations or design of new access configurations.
In this role, you will understand current state and influence design decisions. As an Access Management Specialist, you meet demands of working across multiple workstreams and communicate with senior technology and business leadership. Organized evidence of compliance and producing documentation will also be key to this role. You may also be responsible for tight coordination with the infrastructure technology organization.
We are seeking a senior ACF2 mainframe provisioning specialist. The candidate should have experience with RACF and Vanguard as well if possible. Candidate will also need to be in oncall rotation
Required Skills: • Previous experience with attribute and role-based access controls • Understanding of the principles of privileged and production access • Strong discipline regarding enforcement of access management core principles • Comfort with both UNIX/Linux and Windows environments • Capable of designing configurations for access control in tools such as PowerBroker • Attention to detail, confident enough to raise questions when necessary • Strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to network, lead within the organization and influence • Experience deploying large-scale, global projects and programs • Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices • Understanding of financial services regulatory and legal environment • Ability to clearly communicate technical and business issues and solutions effectively to business or technical staff across organizational layers • Good interpersonal and influencing skills • Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple workstreams at a time and respond to rapidly changing demands
