Title: Account Development Representative (ADR) 

Location:   San Francisco / Bay Area Remote

 

Position Summary:   

InMobi is building a robust Account Based Marketing practice leveraging the very latest best practices in outbound demand generation. As a result, the pioneering mobile advertising leader is seeking a Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our fast-growing Marketing team. You will be responsible for sourcing and driving new revenue opportunities for our North American Sales team. The person in this role will also help build processes and strategies for the marketing and sales teams’ emerging practice in Account Based Marketing. If you like to work with data while juggling a variety of interesting Marketing tasks, then this is the role of a lifetime! It is perfect for anybody looking to grow a career in Adtech, Software Marketing and/or Sales.

You are an aggressive and fearless go-getter with a passion for media, marketing, and advertising. You crave learning the newest techniques and strategies to creatively work around conventional approaches to get the job done. You love learning new software, tackling new challenges, and desire to be a master of all things mobile. If this sounds like you, you have come to the right place. 

What you need to succeed 

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Demand Generation Marketing, preferably in AdTech, SaaS or DaaS 
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • Strong people skills and no fear of software
  • A great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Bachelor’s degree required 

Nice-to-haves 

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com, Outreach.io and/or HubSpot 
  • Experience in Sales, especially telemarketing or cold-calling 
  • Experience in Direct or Demand-Generation Marketing, including email, direct mail, social media, or SMS text 

  

How will you lead?  

  • Work with Marketing and Sales leaders to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within InMobi’s key prospect accounts 
  • Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction 
  • Become a product expert and learn all of InMobi’s mobile media & marketing solutions across our business
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with Sales leads in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on robust data assets
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process across our robust Marketing Automation stack
