主に東京近郊の従業員規模2,000名以上の旅行、航空• 運輸• 鉄道、ホテル、外食、サービス業界(TTH - Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality)を担当するチームにおいて、担当するお客様のアカウントオーナーとして、売り上げ計画を立案の上、新規のお客様に対する提案、および既存のお客様に対するアップセル• クロスセルを行います。営業先はCxOをはじめとするビジネスのリーダーが中心で、コンサルティング要素の強い営業活動を行うことができます。
Your Impact:
• 担当するアカウントに対して、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、カスタマーサクセス部門、ソリューションエンジニア部門、アライアンス部門、パートナー様と協業しながら、顧客の課題解決のみならず、顧客が将来実現したい姿や、あるべき姿をTrusted Advisorとして提案していただきます。
• 製品ではなくサービスを顧客に提供しますので、製品の出荷• 納品に労力を費やすことは無く、顧客の成功に向けた提案に集中ができます。
• 提案先のほとんどはCxOレベルとなり、経営に直結する提案スキルを身に付けることができます。
Basic Requirements:
• IT業界におけるエンタープライズ営業7年以上
• 顧客第一のマインドと予算への強いこだわりを持ち、アクティブに活動できる方
• ステークホルダーの期待値を把握する高い洞察力と高いコミュニケーション能力のある方
• 自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性のある方
Preferred Requirements:
• 新規開拓経験
• アプリケーション ソフトウェア、データベース、分析ツール、インフラストラクチャ ソフトウェアのいずれかの提案経験
• 課題解決型の提案経験をお持ちの方やSI出身の方
