Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective B2B sales strategies and account management. You will leverage your negotiation skills and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our brand. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to succeed in a competitive market. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. • Engage in cold calling to identify potential clients and nurture relationships. • Prepare, and present HVAC/Plumbing service maintenance agreements. • Maintain a customer retention base of at least 94% by providing excellent customer service while profitable business to company. • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. • Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals effectively while maximizing value for both parties. • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish connections. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the mechanical industry for at least two years. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. • Familiarity with account management practices and techniques. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs effectively. • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the organization. • A proactive approach to business development with a passion for achieving targets. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite skills • Able to climb high ladders Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Two years of mechanical knowledge Ability to Commute: • Seattle, WA 98101 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
