What you will do at Topsort

  • Lead and manage the post-sales process at Topsort;
  • Develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with customers to ensure a great customer experience and retention while helping to grow our incremental revenue;
  • Hit ad spend targets for Topsort’s ICPs (retailers, marketplaces) via training, product enablement, as well as collaborating with data science and getting demand from agencies and brands;
  • Be a subject matter on Topsort’s products, ad sales, retail media.

What we expect from you

  • Strong Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Data Science, or MBA from a top university;
  • Deep understanding of Advertising and E-commerce performance marketing;
  • Strong hustle, entrepreneurial spirits, and relentless drive to win and get it done;
  • Ability to drive urgency and play “proactive” in the post-sales process with big enterprise prospects;
  • Ability to travel to meet customers, and work in our Boston hub (located in somerville) 4 days a week.
