Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Account Manager to join our creative and production teams in Tribeca, NYC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of client projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that all creative and production departments work together seamlessly. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Producer in still photography or video production and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with the creative and production departments to develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Oversee that the coordination of all aspects of the project are being managed, including pre-production planning, scheduling, creating client onboarding documents, introducing appropriate departmental leaders and managing the post production teams and final deliverables, and stay in step with the various teams that are executing all of these things.
  • Ensure all production and post-production tasks are executed efficiently and on time, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, and distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including creative and production teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects align with the company's creative vision and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the project budget, including tracking expenses, overseeing the reconciling of invoices, and ensuring profitability by managing budgets closely with the EVP, department heads and the finance team.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, communicating them to all stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as media, marketing, or communications.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Producer for still photography or video production.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software/ tools
  • Familiarity with production and post-production processes and terminology
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

We offer a competitive benefits package including major medical, dental and vision insurance, FSA, HSA, commuter benefits, and employee discounts. Our teams are working a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in our beautiful Tribeca headquarters.
