Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to communicate with Indonesian speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in digital advertising, online marketing, and online ad sales.
  • Experience in the advertising or Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to use Ads tools and software (e.g., Sheets, Slides and Documents).
  • Excellent investigative, problem solving, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

As an Account Manager in the Large Customer Sales team, you will grow customer business by developing and managing relationships directly with customers in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Additionally, you will act as an advisor, consultant, and advocate for your assigned clients within Google. You will help shape the future of marketing for Consumer Brands. This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage the understanding of advertising to manage customers in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, owning the account-level strategy and annual activation plans.
  • Be a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives, and developing new customer relationships and business streams.
  • Provide consultancy to clients by using your media promotion expertise.
  • Be a media planning expert by designing media planning, measurement planning and campaign reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for pitch ideas, problem solutions and brand workshops.
