Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving client relationships and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of enabling businesses to thrive by managing their risk effectively. DUTIES & RESPONIBILITIES This list is not all-comprehensive. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice to reflect changes in the position requirements • Reviewing and negotiating coverages and premiums with insurance companies • Preparing proposals and recommendations of insurance coverage to clients • Reviewing contracts for insurance requirements and providing recommendations/modifications to requirements • Management of marketing (submission creation & oversight client questions, asana portfolio updates & adherence to deadlines) • Management of binding process including adherence to deadlines related to binder issuance, renewal certificate processing, and billings • Management of client billing and account reconciliation. (JE, check requests, agency billing Etc.) • Conducting claim reviews with clients in conjunction with P&C Claims Rep (provide status, reason for status and action plan on claims) • Manage lead role of accounts where assigned by an Account Executive including day to day management of account with client service representative support • Lead contact for client support personnel where not assigned lead role by Account Executive. • Meeting with clients to present Insurance Renewal • Client Service Representative team management and workload balancing and assignment. • Oversight and management of client policy management (change requests, endorsement processing, loss control etc.) • Assist in oversight and mentorship of assigned support staff on delegated duties and responsibilities. • Other duties as assigned/needed including but not limited to certificate of insurance issuance, evidence of property issuance, binder issuance and policy changes. QUALIFICATIONS • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience showing increasing responsibility directly related to the performance of the above duties. • Maintain a valid P&C License • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong supervisory and leadership skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate • Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, regulations, and market trends • Proficiency with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience with AMS 360 a plus Call-To-ActionIf you are ready to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact in the world of risk management, we invite you to apply today!
