Our client, a Private Lender in the single-family rehab and rental industry. is seeking a Sales Account Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate MUST HAVE Sales, Loan or Private Lending experience. 

Job Title: Sales Account Representative

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $19.23hr Plus Monthly Commissions 

What’s the Job?

  • The Account Executive will be responsible for outbound sales, business development, and fostering loan applications through the underwriting and closing process.
  • The Account Executive will handle all aspects of sales and relationship management with prospective and new customers.
  • Account Executives must be able to make sufficient outbound calls to meet the performance standards of senior leadership, manage the closing process on new loans and field questions about our loan products from customers and prospects.
  • Train to understand the loan products offered by the Company
  • Make outbound sales calls daily, convert calls to conversations, convert conversations to customers
  • Manage customer queries and complaints
  • Surpass weekly, monthly, and annual production goals on phone calls placed and leads generated

What’s Needed?

  • Private lending experience and SFR industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, marketing, sales, communications, or economics
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Strong computer, data entry and typing skills.
  • CRM experience required (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demanding environment and balance multiple tasks
  • Must have strong written and oral communications skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task
  • Mortgage licensing is a plus
