Account Specialist - Wolt Drive (SGK)

Company Description

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals &i tems from our restaurant & retail partners, and either pick them up or have them delivered by our courier partners.
However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.

Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 30+ countries today, 27 of which are with the Wolt product and brand. Wolt has been growing rapidly in Greece ever since we entered the market in Athens in January 2019 and we've now expanded into 50+ other cities as well. 

We work in small teams with high ownership, with each team focusing on a key area of the Wolt product stack. Each and every one of our product team members has a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. We work with a passion, but we haven't forgotten how to have fun along the way!

Role background

We have recently launched our new product - Wolt Drive. Wolt Drive helps businesses grow with fast and reliable deliveries. Express deliveries for business is fairly new to both Wolt and Greece - this would be a super exciting project to be a part of! 

As such, we need a Wolt Drive Specialist in Thessaloniki to support the onboarding and training of new Wolt Drive partners and ensuring the best possible partnership. As a Wolt Drive Specialist, you will act as a key communicator between our team and partners in order to ensure optimal success.

What you'll be doing

• Onboarding partners into our systems and training them
• Handling support together with your fellow Wolters in our Support team
• Proactively helping partners in order to improve their performance
• Helping out with marketing campaigns for partners
• Finding the right partners for Wolt Drive
• Assisting the rest of the Wolt Drive team in any additional tasks related to working with partners.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in analytics
• Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
• Experience within account management, customer support or administration
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented
• Fluent in Greek & English
• Experience in software development/implementation is a big advantage
• You are highly motivated and super enthusiastic!
