Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Swedish fluently to support clients in the Swedish market.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.

In this role, you will establish relationships by conducting regular phone consultations and sales pitches with a large portfolio of clients. You will use your sales, problem-solving and objection handling skills to operate in a fast-paced environment, reaching for ambitious business and productivity goals. You will influence and build relations skills, you provide Google-caliber solution selling, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. You will use your commercial acumen, you uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve marketing objectives while driving incremental business through industry leading advertising solutions.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work proactively and co-operative with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Achieve business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
