Position Description

We are looking for a figure of about 25-30 years old to be included within the administrative area.

The ideal resource is used to working in a team with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Main activities

The candidate will be expected to support current resources in the following activities:

- Assist in the preparation of local GAAP financial statements up to and including tax accounting.

- Interact with financial statement auditors and tax consultants 

- Ensure proper management of administrative-accounting processes in accordance with current regulations

- Process Istat questionnaires.

Will also need to develop cross-functional knowledge of the Area as a back up to current resources.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS.

- Excellent knowledge of Office/Excel package

- Basics of the SAP ERP system

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Knowledge of VAT and Intrastat regulations

Education

Bachelor's degree (including a short degree) in business subjects.

Professional Experience

Position requires at least 3 to 4 years' experience in diversified administrative functions such as: general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, tax and fiscal.

Preferable background from administrative/tax consulting firms or accounting firms.
