Accountant

OBJECTIVE This position is responsible assisting in all accounting responsibilities. Billing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Vendor Management, etc. This position works closely with Operations staff, in an administrative fashion. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Work closely with Operations staff to ensure timely and accurate billing. • Assist in maintaining database for contract details, including setup, cancellations, increases, decreases, or operation assignments. • Process noncontract invoices based on rules and approved procedures. • Invoice customers for services provided outside of their contract. • Process contract invoices and maintain contract master files. • Process monthly reconciliations: Sales Tax, In House Labor Analysis, Master Floor Care Schedule, etc. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Edit and update reporting as needed. • Following monthly deadlines schedule. Education • Bachelors degree in: Accounting, Business or Finance.
