PURPOSE

As Accountant, you will handle various accounting tasks, including encoding merchandise purchases, expense reports, and marketing expenses. You will also play a critical role in supporting our team during the migration to JDE and contributing to the improvement and automation of our financial processes.

RESPONSABILITIES

ACCOUNTING REQUIREMENTS

• Booking of merchandise purchases (both within the group and outside the group)
• Booking of expense reports and Mastercard statements
• Booking of marketing expenses
• Assist the senior accountant with tasks such as VAT declarations and external audit requests.

IT SYSTEM

• Support the accounting team in the migration from Navision to JDE
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of processes and systems.

TEAM SUPPORT

• Act as a backup for other team members when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Organised and attention to details.
• Capacity to collaborate with a team in a challenging environment.
• Excel skills
• Knowledge of finance tools (JDE, Navision) is an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch & English. French is a big plus.
