Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, highly organized, detail-drivenAccountantto join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensure accurate financial operations across accounts payable, receivable, and reporting functions with a strong background in Salesforce and QuickBooks. You’ll also play a hands-on role in supporting HR administration and payroll review, making this an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Oversight (Primary Function ~90%)
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account balancing and journal entries
• Manage bi-weekly AP processing and data entry into QuickBooks
• Monitor and process daily AR transactions and remote deposits
• Conduct daily cash flow reviews and assist in earnings forecast using quantitative/qualitative analysis
• Generate and review ~300 client invoices monthly across multiple ownership entities
• Track and verify provider payments against contract terms
• Reconcile executed contracts with provider reports for accuracy and compliance audits
• Manage quarterly commission and revenue distribution reporting for sales and partner teams
• Review and categorize monthly expense accounts
HR & Payroll Support (~10%)
• Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
• Review employee insurance enrollment forms and submit to group provider
• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing with third-party provider
• Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality and accuracy
Tools & Platforms

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum5 years of accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with multi-entity invoicing or real estate industry is a plus
