Accountant

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate accounting and financial management, with proficiency in accounting software such as Microsoft Business Central. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing accounts receivable, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities • Work closely with Operations staff to ensure timely and accurate billing. • Assist in maintaining the database for contract details, including setup, cancellations, increases, decreases, or operational assignments. • Process noncontract invoices based on rules and approved procedures. • Invoice customers for services provided outside of their contract. • Process contract invoices and maintain contract master files. • Process monthly reconciliations: Sales Tax, Labor Analysis, Work Analysis, etc Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in corporate accounting. • Proficiency in accounting software such as Business Central is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices. • Excellent analytical skills • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
