Accountant

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments - Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improving financial performance - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes - Prepare financial statements and reports for management review - Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data - Conduct cash flow analysis and monitor cash flow projections - Interpret financial reports and provide insights to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate finance initiatives - Utilize Xero accounting software to maintain accurate financial records Skills: - Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices - Proficiency in financial management and budgeting - Experience in financial statement preparation and analysis - Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow analysis - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports - Proficient in using Xero or similar accounting software - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management - Able to work with QuickBooks Enterprise Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
