Job Title: Accountant / Financial Operations Manager
Location:DFW Area (Hybrid Preferred)

About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedAccountantto oversee the full financial operations of multiple entities — includingreal estate, property management, title, investment, and personal accounts.
This role isnot part of the day-to-day real estate team; instead, it will focus on managing all accounting, payroll, and financial reporting across the organization to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex, multi-entity books with both business and personal finances. You’ll act as the financial backbone behind the scenes — maintaining clear systems, clean reconciliations, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Accounting
• Manage accounting for multiple business entities (real estate, title, property management, and personal holdings).
• Oversee and reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage and processaccounts payable/receivableandbill payfor all companies and personal accounts.
• Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate journal entries.
• Preparemonthly financial reportsandprofit and loss statementsfor each entity.
• Ensurecompliance with tax filing requirements, working directly with external CPAs and tax advisors.
• Fully understand classifications, tax laws and requirements
• Manage and track inter-company transfers, loans, and distributions.
Payroll & HR Administration
• Process payroll for all staff and contractors across entities.
• Track bonuses, commissions, and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with employment and payroll tax regulations.
Budgeting & Cash Flow
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Proactively identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for cost optimization.
• Maintain cash flow visibility across entities and personal accounts.
Systems & Organization
• Maintain QuickBooks Online and other financial systems across all companies.
• Implement clear, consistent financial procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide clean records and reporting packages to the ownership group each month.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-charge accounting experience(multi-entity preferred).
• Proficiency inQuickBooks Onlineand Excel (experience with bill pay platforms a plus).
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working withreal estate or service-based businessespreferred.

Compensation & Schedule
• Competitive salary, based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
