Accountant IV

Our client, a leader in the data solutions industry, is seeking an Accountant IV to join their team. As an Accountant IV, you will be part of the Accounting Finance Transformation department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Accountant IV pay rate: $68-73 hr. DOE Location:San Jose, CA What's the Job? • Proactively manage project scope and ensure tracks move forward with clear communication. • Organize project meetings with key stakeholders and provide status reports to project sponsors. • Identify, analyze, track, and prioritize project risks while developing contingency plans. • Collaborate with finance and business teams to align operational accounting processes. • Support post-implementation activities such as training and problem resolution. What's Needed? • A minimum of 10 years of financial and accounting operations experience in a related industry. • Demonstrated successful track record in financial accounting software and ERP implementation. • Strong financial systems expertise, with familiarity in SAP and Oracle being a plus. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPivot.
