Accountant - RTR Intercompany

What will your responsibilities be?
 

• Weekly and monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts

• Follow up, investigation and resolution of discrepancies in cooperation with plants

• Analysis of invoices to be paid, payment proposal preparation

• Cash Application

• Month end close activities (accrual preparation, proposals, negotiations with plants)

• Resolution of intercompany out of balances during month end close

• Follow up on disputed and aged items to comply with established Key Performance Indicators

• Independent resolution of issues with respect to local specifics and regulations

• Preparation of reports related to intercompany activities

• Support and active participation on the projects connected with standardization, optimalization and improvement of intercompany processes

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• Financial education: Experience in accounting/financial position ideally for at least 2 years but also suitable for fresh graduates with relevant economic education/training

• English: Intermediate

• SAP: Basic transactions (advantage, not obligatory)

• Excel: Intermediate

• Good Time management skills and communication skills

• Analytical thinking

• Team player
