Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Accounting Analyst positions for InReach who will work with the Senior Manager of Accounting and other team members to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the monthly financials.

Incentives

This role is a hybrid role; 3 days in office and 2 remote.

What You'll Do

• Prepare financial statements, journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations in accordance to GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements. Ensures timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate various financial close cycle activities.
• Analyze operating and financial statement information and prepare reporting for Senior Leadership.
• Perform variance analysis to determine root cause, make recommendations for improvement of performance or operating efficiencies.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and associated metrics over a specified time period, and compare against acceptable norms, past performance or targets.
• Recommend action to improve performance or operating efficiencies (process improvement).
• Lead special accounting projects including analysis and testing of new systems
• Analyze KPIs and communicates analysis/insights to leadership. Where applicable, incumbent will execute/implement agreed decisions.
