The Granicus Accounting team is a dynamic and high performing group that partners with both internal and external customers to drive success for the Company. The ideal candidate would be resourceful, flexible with requests, enjoys solving problems and is effective at managing relationships and communicating. This position would be based out of our San Juan, Puerto Rico location.

What your impact will look like here:

• Review daily AP and expense report completion logs
• Assist with daily AP vendor questions
• Assist with daily employee set up questions
• Assist with weekly AP runs
• Assist with month end review AP vendor invoices for account and department coding and perform sync to general ledger
• Assist with various accounting activities for the integration of acquired companies 
• Assist with multiple ad hoc projects specific to acquisitions

You'll love this job if you have / can:

• You have 1-2 years of related experience in various accounting roles (billing/AR, AP, general ledger)
• You have a BA/BS in Accounting or a related field preferred
• You communicate well with team members and customers 
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• You have intermediate MS Office skills
• Experience with NetSuite, Emburse, AvidXchange and/or Egencia is a plus
• You are detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving skills
• You have effective project management skills, including challenging the status quo and identifying needs to re-assess existing approaches/processes
• You are adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• You demonstrate an ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
