Accounting Graduate Ta'azeez Program - UAE Nationals

We are seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our Finance Graduate Program. This rotational program offers a unique opportunity for talented graduates to gain hands-on experience in different areas of finance, including Accounting, Corporate Development, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Throughout the program, participants will receive mentorship, professional development opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership, setting the stage for a successful career in finance.

What You'll Do

•  Accounting Rotation:
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and audits.
• Gain exposure to financial reporting standards and regulations.

 Corporate Development Rotation:

• Support the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Assist in conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on merger integration planning and execution.

Treasury Rotation:

• Assist in managing cash flow, liquidity, and risk management activities.
• Support treasury operations, including cash forecasting, banking relationships, and foreign exchange management.
• Gain exposure to capital markets, debt financing, and investment strategies.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Rotation:

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Prepare financial models, scenario analysis, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

What Are We Looking For

• Must be an Emirati National
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
