Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the Finance unit function.
• Manage the internal control systems and identify any risks within the business.
• Support for the implementation of changes and improvements to the existing financial systems.
• Preparation of cashflow management: Gross Margin and EBITDA generation, capex, working capital.
• Preparation of Annual Budgets, Reforecasting and rolling Forecast compilation.
• Balance sheet management: Assets, liabilities, and risk.
• Management of delivery of business unit level financial information - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Business partnering to senior management team.
• Perform regular electronic and physical payment runs.
• Assist with engagements with external partners for various projects including financial audit.
• Ongoing development of financial reporting analysis and key metrics to ensure drivers of business performance are monitored and understood to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Working Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience working in a management team and influencing non-financial managers
• Intelligent, strong analytical skills
• Commercially aware
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting is preferred

Preferred:

• CPA or CMA
• 7+ years of relevant experience either in public accounting or private industry
