Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedAccounting Managerto join our Finance & Accounting team and help drive operational success across multiple entities. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing core accounting functions and ensuring financial accuracy, integrity, and compliance in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations ofGeneral Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Audit, Treasury, and Banking, as well as themonth-end and year-end close processesfor multiple entities simultaneously • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements in accordance withGAAPand company policies • Analyze financial data and trends to providemeaningful insights and recommendationsto management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to supportbudgeting, forecasting, and financial planningprocesses • Lead theimplementation of process improvements and best practicesto streamline accounting procedures • Leadinternal and external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries • Oversee the preparation and filing ofsales and use tax returnsacross multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations • Overseetip allocation preparation, ensuring fair and accurate distribution of tips among eligible employees in compliance with labor laws and regulations Qualifications: • Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including the supervision of staff • Proficiency inaccounting software; experience with multi-entity or hospitality systems preferred • Advanced computer skills inMicrosoft Office, accounting software, and databases • Strong understanding ofUS GAAPand financial reporting requirements • Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and communicationskills • Proven ability todirect and supervise a teamin a high-performance environment • Ability toprioritize tasksand work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Willingness to workovertime as neededto meet key deliverables • Detail-oriented with ahigh degree of accuracy and integrity • Multi-entity Hospitality or Retail industry experience highly preferredBenefits & Perks: • Competitive salary and bonus potential • Fully paid individual health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with employer match • Dining discountsat all Wolfgang Puck locations • Opportunities for career growthwithin an iconic global brand • Dynamic and supportive leadership culture • And more!
