Accounting Manager (Construction Industry) Location: North Austin Area | Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000 Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting department and support the financial health of our client’s organization in the North Austin area. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards. Competitive Benefits Package: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays • Performance-Based Bonus • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory management • Construction industry experience • Oversee cash flow, balance sheets, accruals, payables, and treasury functions • Manage the month-end close process • Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures • Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process • Monitor financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations • Provide financial guidance and support to other departments • Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors and tax consultants • Participate in strategic financial planning and decision-making Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree preferred) • CPA certification is a plus • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar leadership role • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) If you’re a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proven background in accounting management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. #IND2 #LI-KN1
