Responsibilities include: • Oversee several members of staff. Report directly to the CFO. • Work in tandem with two business entities. • Accomplish day-to-day accounting functions. For example: AR, AP, GL entries, reconciliations, credit cards, payroll, cash monitoring, etc. • Orchestrate the close process (month, quarter, year-end). • Review projects, recognize revenue appropriately. Job-cost and WIP. • Financial reporting and analysis. Qualifications: • 5+ years experience performing full-cycle accounting. • Technology expertise, including Excel and accounting ERPs. • Accurate.
