Accounting Operations Analyst

Reporting to the Accounting Operations Manager, the Accounting Operations Analyst will play a vital role in managing payroll, accounting, and expense management processes. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Process and reconcile payroll transactions, including salary payments, benefits, and taxes.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Monitor expense management processes, review and analyze expense reports, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Manage the company's corporate credit card program, monitor employee credit card usage and reconcile monthly statements.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll compliance, including tax filings and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and accounting records.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation and information.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in payroll processing, accounting operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, including tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in payroll software and accounting systems and financial data processing.
• Intermediate level Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and etc.)
• Experience working with confidential information.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience working within month end close processes

• Have experience with international payroll processing and global payroll regulations.
• Possess knowledge of expense management systems and processes.
• Have familiarity with payroll tax filings and compliance.
• Have used NetSuite, Expensify, FloQast, and etc.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $74,000 - $85,000. This salary range is an estimate, and actual salary may vary based on the company's compensation practices, location, and candidate experience. The total compensation package may also include benefits and equity-based compensation.
