Responsibilities

• Record accurate and timely journal entries in the ERP system, ensuring data completeness.
• Perform account reconciliation directly within the ERP system.
• Prepare monthly financial reports as directed by supervisors, ensuring reports are submitted on time.
• Manage and organize documentation for both internal and external audits.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes by following established accounting procedures.
• Handle additional administrative tasks related to accounting as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year in an accounting role, or relevant internship experience.
• Proficient in ERP systems, especially SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debit, credit, and minimum account balance requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas for efficient data handling and report preparation.
• High attention to detail, with an organized and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to follow established procedures accurately and maintain consistent data integrity.
