• Perform monthly closing activities including journal entries, accruals account reconciliation and analysis
• Ensure all journal entries and account reconciliations conform to our internal control procedures
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies regarding general accounting
• Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations through the Black Line
• Confirm monthly balances with intercompany partners. Perform monthly intercompany netting to ensure proper recording of transactions
• Other miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned
• Review weekly accounts payable check runs
• Clear intercompany balances monthly
• Responsbile for Sox key control operating effectiveness, company policy compliance and documenting policies and procedures

• 5+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Hyperion, SAP and Blackline Systems experience is a plus
• Public accounting and experience in a large, global organization is a plus

• Ability to accurately process high volumes of work
• Prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
