Accounting Specialist/ Bookkeeper

Lauth Investigations International is looking for a part-time accounting specialist/ Bookeeper to manage daily accounting and finance tasks to join our growing Indianapolis office team! This role will be 10-20 hours per week, starting at $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience.
 

What you will do:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (includes processing credit card payments, check writing, check deposits, tracking outstanding payables, etc.)

• Conduct monthly financial reporting.

• Quarterly tax reporting

• Additional accounting and financial duties as needed

• Enter data, and maintain records in CRM and spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets)
   

  About you:

• 7-10 years of bookkeeping experience

• CPA (not required but a plus!)

• Intermediate Excel and O365 experience

• Advanced QuickBooks and Bill.com experience
