Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Review monthly cycle counts of all raw materials, work in process, and finished goods to insure accuracy of counts and validity of inventory values.Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
• Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close.
• Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles.
• Work with the materials review board to locate and dispose of obsolete inventory. 
• Review costing related transactions and prepare cost by product (Miscellaneous Transaction).
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory transactions(Transaction Summary).
• Reconcile inventory detail to general ledger on monthly basis (Submit Share service).
• Reconcile Sales report detail to general ledger on monthly basis.Allocate overhead to cost sheet.
• Assist Chief Accountant close month-end closing, review overhead and analyse cost data for ensuring that related cost being correctly accounted in proper accounting period, include assist with cycle counts/physical inventories,provide support to special tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant

Qualifications

KNOW-HOW REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION: 

• Bachelors in accounting or related field.
• 2 years' work experience within hotel or F&B service environment is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure due to tight deadline.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill to deal with all levels of employees.
• Knowledge Experience in Carmen would be advantage, good computer skill.
