Accounting/Customer Service Representative

Pacesetter Personnel Services is Seeking for a Person with Accounting and Customer Service experience for Carrolton, TX. Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm Pay $17-20 depending on experience. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review. • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure all accounts are accurate and up-to-date. • Oversee daily sales • Interpret financial reports to provide insights into business performance and assist in decision-making. • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting. • Maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security. • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data. • Manage day to day accounting Skills • Proficient in Microsoft office (word, outlook, and excel) • Experience with QuickBooks • Ability to interpret complex financial reports clearly and concisely. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Good communication skills for collaboration with team members across departments.
