Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: US, Remote (East Coast Preferred)

Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $55,000-65,000.

Snappy is in search of an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our growing Accounting team. The AR Analyst will be an instrumental member in being a part of the day to day AR activities with a strong focus on payment applications and billing customer inquiries.

You will:

• Apply customer payments daily (high volume)
• Answer customer inquiries via Kustomer ticketing system
• Maintain data entries in Netsuite
• Ensure billing information on file is correct to facilitate the timely processing of invoices
• Populate required documentation during new customer setup
• Complete AdHoc projects as needed

You have:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Stellar analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working in a high-growth or start-up environment
• Experience with Netsuite (this is a bonus!)

You are:

• Self-starting, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently in a high-volume environment
• Articulate and efficient when communicating internally and externally
