Accounts Receivable - Grapevine, TX

Master Pumps & Power currently has an Accounts Receivable opening at our Grapevine, TX headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Invoice Processing

• Process Audit Reports on Approved Invoices

• Investigate and correct any issues that are flagged by the reports

• Print invoices and breakdown into categories (US Mail, Email, Customer Portal) and submit to the customer according to their requirements

• Issue Credit Memos/Invoices for Sales Tax Adjustments

• Contact Branch Offices for additional documentation needed for Invoices Submission to the Customers

Cash Application - Bank Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable Payments

• Print daily Bank Statement of incoming payments

• Code each payment with its corresponding Customer Number(s)

• Apply payments (ACH, Wire Transfers, Credit Card Payments, Lockbox Deposits, Remote Deposits) according to Customers’

Remittance Advise

• If necessary, contact the Customer for clarification

• Reconcile Credit Card transactions for application

Credit Card Processing

• Process Customer Credit Card payments

Miscellaneous

• Application of Accounts Receivable Offsets

• Provide Vendors with Tax Exemption Certificates

• Provide Customers with Insurance Certificates

• Send Preprinted Documents to Branch Offices as Needed. (Invoice, Brochures, Labels, etc.) 

• Other tasks as necessary
