The Role
Digible, Inc. is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team!
As an Ad Ops Specialist you will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation & quality assurance of digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with Digible’s Paid Media and Client Services teams to ensure seamless ad setup, placement, quality control, and troubleshooting. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital media initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.Â

What you’ll do:
Campaign Setup and Management:Â Create, set up, and traffic digital advertising campaigns across various platforms and disciplines (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Display Programmatic, Spotify, Native etc.)
- Configure the correct targeting, tracking, and creative assets to ensure campaigns are executed according to Digible’s SOPs and SLAs.Â
Tracking & Analytics:Own the implementation and maintenance of tracking tags/pixels through Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Ensure the proper setup of GA4 events and conversion tracking for newly launched and established campaigns
- Troubleshoot:Â
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve ad tagging issues across platforms to ensure accuracy of conversion data
- Quality Assurance:Â
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify that campaigns are set up accurately and following best practices while maintaining a low error rate across your book of business
- Campaign Audits
- Identify and address discrepancies or issues in campaign execution including but not limited to: ad delivery, spelling and grammar, adfeeds, and setup concerns
Collaboration
- Work alongside Digible’s paid media and client services teams to ensure campaign goals and expectations are met. Teamwork and effective communication will be essential for this role.Â
You should have:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising
- Business degree is a plus
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms such as Google Ads or Meta.
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven track record in operating with a high level of energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a challenging role with cross-functional team commitments
Prior experience working in ad tagging and analytics platforms (GA4 and Google Tag Manager) is a plusDigital agency experience is a plus
