Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support the stakeholders in the area.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in executive event management.
  • Knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, with the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
  • Ability to act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, managing confidential information as necessary.

    • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage busy calendars, book travel, create expense reports, organize events, and schedule facilities and equipment).
    • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
    • Mentor new team members and collaborate with and lead an Administrative Business Partnerteam.
    • Serve as project manager for small and medium projects.
    • Be the core of the team and help drive culture, connection, and fun. Participate in the broad team community.
